The short version. TwetTat is a calculator and a notebook. It helps you keep your own record and work out what that record comes to. It is not legal advice, and the figures it shows are your record, not a ruling.
What the app is
TwetTat works out what your logged days come to, using the rates you enter. It is free to use and shows advertising.
The figures are only as good as what you enter
The app calculates from two things: the days you log, and the rates you set. If a day is missing, the total will be lower than it should be. If a rate is wrong, every figure that depends on it is wrong.
The overtime rates that come filled in are each country's published legal minimum. They are a starting point, not a statement about your job. Your contract and your payslip are the authority. Check the rates against them and change them where they differ.
This is not legal or financial advice
A difference between what the app calculates and what you were paid is a difference between two numbers. It is not proof that anyone did anything wrong, and the app does not say that it is. There are ordinary reasons a payslip and a record disagree, starting with a day missing from the record.
If you believe you have been underpaid, talk to a labour rights organisation, a union, or a lawyer. This app can help you show them what you recorded. It cannot advise you.
Your record is your responsibility
Everything is stored on your phone and nowhere else. If you lose the phone, reset it, or uninstall the app, the record goes with it and we cannot restore it, because we never had a copy. Export a backup and keep it somewhere safe.
No warranty
TwetTat is provided as it is, without any warranty. We work hard to make the arithmetic correct and we test it, but we cannot promise the app is free of error, and we are not liable for any loss arising from using it or relying on its figures.
Advertising
The app shows advertisements supplied by Google AdMob. We do not choose the individual advertisements and do not endorse them. See the privacy policy for what that involves.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them.

မှတ်ထားတဲ့ရက်တွေက ဘယ်လောက်ဖြစ်လဲဆိုတာ ခင်ဗျားထည့်တဲ့နှုန်းတွေနဲ့ တွက်ပေးပါတယ်။ အခမဲ့သုံးလို့ရပြီး ကြော်ငြာ ပြပါတယ်။
ထည့်တာ မှန်မှ ဂဏန်းမှန်ပါမယ်
app က နှစ်ခုကနေ တွက်ပါတယ်။ မှတ်ထားတဲ့ရက်တွေနဲ့ သတ်မှတ်ထားတဲ့နှုန်းတွေ။ ရက်တစ်ရက် ကျန်ခဲ့ရင် စုစုပေါင်းက ဖြစ်သင့်တာထက် လျော့နေပါမယ်။ နှုန်းမှားရင် အဲဒါနဲ့ဆက်စပ်တဲ့ ဂဏန်းတိုင်း မှားပါမယ်။
ကြိုဖြည့်ထားတဲ့ အချိန်ပိုနှုန်းတွေက နိုင်ငံတစ်ခုချင်းစီရဲ့ တရားဝင် အနည်းဆုံးနှုန်းများပါ။ စတင်ရန်အချက်သာဖြစ်ပြီး ခင်ဗျားအလုပ်အကြောင်း ပြောနေတာမဟုတ်ပါ။ ခင်ဗျားရဲ့ စာချုပ်နဲ့ လစာစလစ်က အာဏာပိုင်ပါ။ အဲဒါတွေနဲ့ တိုက်စစ်ပြီး ကွာရင် ပြင်ပါ။
ဥပဒေ ဒါမှမဟုတ် ငွေကြေးအကြံဉာဏ် မဟုတ်ပါ
app တွက်တဲ့ဂဏန်းနဲ့ တကယ်ရတဲ့ငွေ ကွာတာဟာ ဂဏန်းနှစ်ခု ကွာနေတာသာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ တစ်စုံတစ်ယောက် အမှားလုပ်တယ်ဆိုတဲ့ သက်သေမဟုတ်သလို app ကလည်း အဲလို မပြောပါ။ လစာစလစ်နဲ့ မှတ်တမ်း မတူဖြစ်ရတဲ့ သာမန်အကြောင်းရင်းတွေ ရှိပါတယ်။ မှတ်တမ်းထဲက ရက်တစ်ရက် ကျန်ခဲ့တာက အစပါ။
လစာလျော့ခံရတယ်လို့ ယူဆရင် အလုပ်သမားအခွင့်အရေးအဖွဲ့၊ အလုပ်သမားသမဂ္ဂ ဒါမှမဟုတ် ရှေ့နေနဲ့ တိုင်ပင်ပါ။ ဒီ app က ခင်ဗျားမှတ်ထားတာကို သူတို့ကို ပြပေးနိုင်ပါတယ်။ အကြံပေးဖို့တော့ မဟုတ်ပါ။
မှတ်တမ်းက ခင်ဗျားတာဝန်ပါ
အားလုံးက ခင်ဗျားဖုန်းထဲမှာပဲ ရှိပါတယ်၊ တခြားဘယ်မှာမှ မရှိပါ။ ဖုန်းပျောက်ရင်၊ reset လုပ်ရင်၊ app ဖြုတ်ရင် မှတ်တမ်းလည်း ပါသွားပါမယ်။ ကျွန်တော်တို့ဆီမှာ မိတ္တူ တစ်ခါမှ မရှိခဲ့လို့ ပြန်ယူပေးလို့ မရပါ။ backup ထုတ်ပြီး လုံခြုံတဲ့နေရာမှာ သိမ်းထားပါ။
အာမခံချက် မရှိပါ
တွက်တတ်ကို ရှိတဲ့အတိုင်း ပေးထားတာဖြစ်ပြီး ဘာအာမခံချက်မှ မရှိပါ။ တွက်ချက်မှု မှန်ကန်အောင် အားထုတ်ပြီး စစ်ဆေးထားပေမဲ့ အမှားလုံးဝမရှိဘူးလို့ ကတိမပေးနိုင်ပါ။ ဒီ app ကို သုံးတာ ဒါမှမဟုတ် ဂဏန်းတွေကို အားကိုးတာကြောင့် ဖြစ်ပေါ်လာတဲ့ ဆုံးရှုံးမှုအတွက် တာဝန်မယူပါ။
ကြော်ငြာ
app ထဲမှာ Google AdMob က ပို့ပေးတဲ့ ကြော်ငြာ ပြပါတယ်။ ကြော်ငြာတစ်ခုချင်းစီကို ကျွန်တော်တို့ ရွေးတာမဟုတ်သလို ထောက်ခံတာလည်း မဟုတ်ပါ။ အသေးစိတ်ကို ကိုယ်ရေးအချက်အလက် မူဝါဒ မှာ ဖတ်ပါ။
