The figures look wrong

Almost always this is a rate rather than a fault in the arithmetic. Open Settings and check the daily or monthly rate, the hours in a normal day, and the overtime multipliers against your own contract and payslip. The rates that come filled in are each country's published legal minimum, not a statement about your job.

If a month looks too low, check the home screen for "days not logged yet". A month with holes always adds up to less than it should.

I changed phone and my record is gone

The record lives on the phone and nowhere else — we never had a copy, so we cannot restore it. If you still have the old phone, open Settings on it, tap Save my record, keep the file somewhere safe, then use Restore my record on the new phone.

The evening reminder does not arrive

Check that notifications are allowed for TwetTat in your phone's own settings. The reminder is also skipped on any day you have already logged, which is deliberate.

I forgot my PIN

The PIN is checked on the phone and is not stored anywhere we can reach, so we cannot reset it. Reinstalling the app clears it, but that also erases the record unless you saved it to a file first.
